Admission Procedure


Applications for admission to Paramedical, Science Programmes are invited through the Gazetted admission notification in different leading national news papers and reputed publications of the different states of India. Candidates may apply to the Institute Authority on application form attached in prospectus with duly attested Xerox copy of relevant document along with six colored photographs for Entrance Examination & Personal interview.

Depending upon the candidates Performance in the written test and personal interview, shortlisted candidates are granted admission in the respective programmes. During admission process, Merit List declared by the Examination Committee is followed strictly. Admission letter duly signed by the Principal of the Institute will be sent at the respective addresses of the candidates as per merit list. Students are then required to secure their admission within the prescribed date and time at the Institute campus by depositing their relevant fee through cash or demand draft. Admission is granted as per norms of Govt. approving body.

We provide all the new admission with a complete Books, Uniform, I-Card etc.

Note: Fee, once paid by the student is neither refundable nor adjustable in any circumstances.

Rules for Students

Students must adhere to the following rules:

  • Discipline includes observance of the good conduct and orderly behavior of the student by the institutes.
  • Entry to institute premises is permitted only to valid identity card holders. Students shall always carry his / her identity card.
  • In case the student is found to be continuously absent from the class without information for a period of 15 days in one or more classes his/her name shall be struck off the rolls.
  • Tobacco and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the campus.

Breach of discipline shall include:

  • Irregularity in attendance.
  • Disobeying the instructions of the teacher or the authorities.
  • Misconduct or misbehavior of any nature towards teacher or employee of the institute or any visitor of the institute.
  • Causing damage, spoiling or disfiguring the property/equipment by the students.

Facilities

Lecture Halls:
The Lecture Halls of the institute are spacious, well furnished and fully equipped with P.A System, Projection microscopes, Overhead Projector and all necessary facilities for effective learning.

Practical Laboratories:
The institute has an adequate number of well equipped computerized medical laboratories with modern equipments for industrial practical training of the candidates the institute is also attached with several diagnostic centers & well equipped hospital/nursing homes. The training starts under the guidance of highly qualified professionals/doctors with modern techniques.

OT Lab:
OT lab of the institute is fully equipped with the latest instruments, equipments for practical training.

Operation Theatre Room:
The O.T Room is well equipped with instruments required for various surgical procedures.

Library:
The library is based on modern set up which supports study and research. It is well stocks with a large collection of test and reference books, CD, audio and video cassettes as well as subscription to various Electronics and print periodicals. It is a treasure of recourses and students are encouraged to contribute by making suggestions on materials to be acquired. Faculty members planned to introduce more reference materials including the software access.

Film Library:
Comprise of adequate number of Video Cassettes/CD/DVDs slides on various medical subjects according to syllabus and the students are imparted teaching with the help of Audio-Visual Aids.
